The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:

Identity Data includes first name, last name, title. 

Contact Data includes billing address, email address and telephone numbers. 

Financial Data includes bank account and payment details. 

Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of services you have purchased from us.

How we get the personal information

Direct interactions. Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons: 

  • Engage with us for our services.
  • Enter your details into our contact form on our website.
  • Request marketing to be sent to you, by email, post or other.

We will get your express opt-in consent before we share your personal data with any third-party companies for marketing purposes.

Your right to withdraw your consent to the processing at any time, where consent was the lawful basis for processing your data.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data or to exercise any of the other rights. 

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month.
