I would highly recommend BDS, it is the best supplier I had ever. We just completed our whole house renovation last year and BDS got us everything at a competitive price. Special thanks to Mathew, the process is very reassuring, we are well informed at each stage. In particular, Mathew provided us outstanding after sales service (which is quite hard to find with other suppliers)! We had issues with one bath spout and its thermostat. Mathew helped us engage with the manufacturer several times and even got the technician in to help fix the issues!

BDS is a highly professional organisation. I went to see them with a problem that arose with my toilets. Rather than tell me I need to replace the entire unit, which would have cost several hundred pounds, they looked at the plans and suggested I needed part of the unit only at a much reduced price. They indicated it would have to be ordered and it arrived on the day it was due. I find Richard , John and Maria to be extremely efficient, helpful and professional and I have no difficulty in recommending BDS London totally.
